Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain how Gold Treasure accepts orders, ships eligible merchandise, offers in-store pickup, and handles returns through store credit. Please read them before completing a purchase.
Our Commitment
Gold Treasure wants every purchase to be made with confidence. These Terms & Conditions are intended to clearly explain our ordering, shipping, return, store-credit, and custom-jewelry policies while protecting both our customers and the integrity of the jewelry we sell.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and accepted orders placed with Gold Treasure, Inc., including purchases made online and through our Laredo showroom, except where a separate written agreement or product-specific policy applies.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Gold Treasure reserves the right to decline, cancel, or require additional verification for an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or identity/address verification.
An order is not considered final until Gold Treasure has accepted the order and payment has been successfully authorized or otherwise arranged.
If Gold Treasure is unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change before an order is accepted. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate. If an obvious pricing, inventory, or product-information error is discovered before fulfillment, Gold Treasure may contact the customer to correct or cancel the order as permitted by applicable law.
A later change in advertised price does not, by itself, create a right to cancel an order that has already been accepted and shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Gold Treasure offers shipping within the continental United States on eligible online purchases. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery information may vary by order and destination.
Orders may be subject to additional verification before shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available.

If an order cannot be shipped within the time represented at the time of purchase, Gold Treasure will communicate with the customer and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
In-Store Pickup
Eligible purchases may be available for pickup at our Laredo showroom. Customers may be asked to present valid identification and order/payment information before merchandise is released.

Returns & Store Credit
Purchase with Confidence
We want you to love the jewelry you choose from Gold Treasure. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery for Gold Treasure store credit.
This gives you the flexibility to select another piece while helping us protect the quality, authenticity, and condition of every item in our collection.
To be eligible, merchandise must be:
- unworn
- unaltered
- undamaged
- in its original condition
- accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- accompanied by original tags, packaging, certificates, and documentation when applicable
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and verification by Gold Treasure before store credit is issued.
Gold Treasure does not provide cash, credit-card, or original-form-of-payment refunds for ordinary eligible merchandise returns. Approved eligible returns receive Gold Treasure store credit.
The Store Credit Policy applies to ordinary eligible merchandise returns. It does not replace any refund, cancellation, or other remedy that applicable law requires Gold Treasure to provide.
Inspection & Verification
To protect our customers and the integrity of our jewelry, all merchandise presented for return or store credit is carefully inspected and verified before credit is issued.
Gold Treasure may verify, as applicable:
- condition
- identifying characteristics
- stones and components
- metal/purity markings
- certificates or documentation
- original tags
- evidence of sizing, alteration, repair, or other modification
Merchandise that has been worn beyond reasonable inspection, damaged, altered, tampered with, substituted, modified, or otherwise differs materially from the item originally sold is not eligible for store credit.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Merchandise
The following are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- custom-made jewelry
- special-order merchandise
- personalized merchandise
- engraved merchandise
- sized or altered jewelry
- merchandise modified at the customer's request
- merchandise specifically identified as Final Sale before purchase
Sale or compare-at pricing alone does not make merchandise Final Sale unless that status is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you believe an item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Gold Treasure promptly at (956) 401-4010 so our team can review the matter and assist you.
Nothing in our Store Credit Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom-made and special-order jewelry is created or sourced specifically for the customer and is therefore final sale.
A deposit may be required before custom or special-order work begins. The required deposit, balance, design approval, production expectations, and other terms will be disclosed and agreed upon for the individual order before work begins.
Deposits on custom and special-order merchandise may be non-refundable as disclosed at the time the order is accepted.
Any requested sizing, engraving, personalization, stone selection, design modification, or other alteration may make merchandise final sale.
Jewelry Alterations & Outside Work
Gold Treasure cannot be responsible for damage, changes, or defects caused by repairs, sizing, stone work, refinishing, engraving, or other services performed by another jeweler or third party after the merchandise leaves Gold Treasure.
Merchandise that has been altered, repaired, or modified by a third party may not qualify for return, store credit, or Gold Treasure service coverage.
Product Information & Photography
We make reasonable efforts to display jewelry accurately. Because jewelry is photographed under different lighting and viewed on different screens, actual color, scale, reflections, and appearance may vary slightly.
Measurements, carat weights, dimensions, and other specifications are provided when known and applicable.
Payments & Financing
Gold Treasure accepts available payment methods shown during checkout or offered through our showroom.
Flexible payment options and layaway may be available. Financing, credit, lease-to-own, and third-party payment products are subject to the applicable provider's separate terms, eligibility requirements, and approval processes.
Gold Treasure also offers 3–6 month layaway plans on eligible purchases.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is collected as required by law for the destination or point of sale. Tax amounts shown before an order is accepted are estimates and may be adjusted if the correct rate differs.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
For the protection of our customers and Gold Treasure, we may request additional identity, payment, address, or order verification before accepting, releasing, or shipping merchandise.
Orders reasonably suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity may be delayed, declined, or cancelled as permitted by law.
Custom Design & Intellectual Property
Customers who provide artwork, logos, names, photographs, or design elements for custom jewelry represent that they have the right to authorize their use.
Gold Treasure retains rights in original design work, photography, CAD/CAM files, and other creative materials created by Gold Treasure, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement with the customer.
Applicable Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
In particular, the Gold Treasure Store Credit Policy applies to ordinary eligible merchandise returns and does not replace any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable federal law or another non-waivable law provides otherwise.
